Combine pumpkin, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add ice cream and mix well. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Freeze 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving; serve garnished with whipped cream and nuts.
Pie can be made well in advance and kept frozen until ready to serve.
Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup butter/oleo, melted
Combine crumbs and sugar. Stir in butter and mix well. Press mixture firmly into a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350░F for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.
